NOW leasing for 2023-2024 school year! Convenience + Small knit Community + Ease of Living! Welcome to Telegraph Commons in the Heart of Berkeley 2 blocks from UC Berkeley campus! Great onsite support & friendly supportive vibe! Located just two blocks from the UC Berkeley's campus on the vibrant street of Telegraph, Telegraph Commons is surrounded by all of the things that make Berkeley great including a wide variety of restaurants, local parks, great shopping, and of course, the UC Berkeley campus.
All of our floors offer community kitchens, spacious communal bathrooms, washer and dryers, and study lounges. Utilities and high-speed fiber-optical internet are is covered by us. All rooms come with a twin-sized bed, a desk, a chair, a closet, and a small refrigerator. To move in we require first month's rent and security deposit. Utilities are included in the rent. There is a $25 Amenity Fee per person which includes common area cleaning, and Google Fiber wifi internet.

Prices for Triples range from $1050-$1100
Prices for Doubles range from $1195-$1295
Prices for Singles range from $1700-$1995- SOLD OUT**Please note for any 12 month lease we can upgrade you to a XL Single with 1 month free, making your effective rent on a $2050 XL Single $1879 per month.
Prices for XL Singles range from $2050-$2195
Lease Lengths and Variable Pricing: We have options that best suit your needs. Short term leases are available, to best align with your travel or academic calendar.
-12 Month Lease - These leases can be 6/1-5/31, 7/1-6/30, or 8/1-7/31 at the price listed for each unit (visible in spreadsheet at below link)
-6 Month leases - these are also available at the rate shown for the unit/bed you are interested in. They can ONLY be from 1/1/24 -6/30/24 (we have no more Fall 2023 only units available)
-10 Month Leases - available with an additional surcharge shown below. Dates for 10 month leases are ONLY 8/1-5/31.
