1. All units are on a first come first serve basis. All parties that wish to secure a unit should have all tenant & co-signer applications submitted within 72 hours of submittal of the first application of the group.
2. Any back up applications will have the opportunity to be held as backups for next availability, or refunded of application fee.
3. Approved applications in the order received will be given opportunity to tour the unit before securing the lease.
4. All initial lease terms at this building are 12 months and then the opportunity of renewal or vacate.
