LEASING / SET UP TOURS / FIND YOUR HOME: ALL TOURS are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY per Guest Card and Email - bring a PHOTO ID. Due to Covid19, we are allowing Virtual Tours of all occupied apartment. Property & Apartment Details, Availability, Specials, Photos and Video are all easy to search on our website - www.zpg.com / Find a Home page. Click on any available apartments to find the apartment that matches your preferred move in date - please take note of the specific Available Date. Wait List has all floor plans. Click on Contact Us button to submit a Leasing Inquiry and Guest Card and our leasing staff is notified asap.
SUBMIT APPLICATIONS: Go to www.zpg.com/find-a-home - Click on 'APPLY NOW' to send us your APPLICATION ($50 per applicant - applicants over 18 and co-signers must submit an application). Must attach Proof of Income and a valid photo ID to application. Complete entire application, as missing info will delay the process. Renters Insurance is mandatory, proof required prior to move in.
QUALIFIERS: Applicants are processed individually on 4 qualifiers – per rental criteria qualifications: Credit History Check, Acceptable Employment and Proof of Income of at least 2.5 times rent; Background Check; Rental History Check. Security Deposit $600 (on approved credit; pending application decision). Additional Deposit of up to 1 months’ rent if Co-signer needed… Having NO Credit, will not qualify, so plan ahead if need a Co-Signer. If Co-Signer needed, they will submit an application within 24 hours of decision and are processed the same. Complete entire application, as missing info will delay the process.
RENT PAYMENTS: Residents must pay rent through your resident online portal (set up after application is approved - link for deposit). Automatic checking ACH (free) or Credit Card (incurs fee).
TERMS/NOTICE: No Winter Lease End Dates – no lease end dates September through February. No month to month leases, as we require a 2 full months’ notice to renew/vacate, due at least 2 full months prior to your current lease end date. Apartment transfers & Roommate Change require Prior Management Approval and incur Fees. We do not allow subletting.

- Utilities RealPage - Water, Trash, Gas (heat). Residents pay 90% of the RP bill. Calculates actual bills, in arrears. RP bill ranges $45-$125/mo per apt. Uptown is a fully remodeled building; depending on floor plan, apartments were updated with newer appliances and flooring. The kitchen has more counter space than most Uptown apartments with full sized appliances.
Parking – is Assigned depending on availability, for an additional monthly: Underground Heated Garage $75 / Gated Lot $45
Laundry Room - centrally located in building. All Residents receive 1 laundry card - reloadable.
Cats are - Cat Deposit is $100 (non-refundable @ Move Out); plus $10 Monthly Pet Fee.
Transportation - bus line right outside, with several others just blocks away… Quick access to highways, and within walking distance to Eat Street and many other great entertainment venues and restaurants.
